**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Campaign Strategy and Management**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies to meet specific campaign goals and objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign creation, optimization, and performance analysis.
- **Keyword Research and Ad Copy Creation**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords.
- Create compelling and effective ad copies that align with campaign goals.
- **Budget Management**:

- Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation for maximum ROI.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Regularly analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports showcasing key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
- **A/B Testing**:

- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Iterate and optimize campaigns based on test results.
- **Stay Current on Industry Trends**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar role.
- Google Ads certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
