**Tele caller (FEMALE) cum Back office Assistant.**

At Abe Mart, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's sales and administrative operations. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries over the phone, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the back office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about the company's products or services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.

Back Office Assistance:

- Perform various administrative tasks, such as packing orders, filing, and organizing documents.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and monitoring product availability.
- Coordinate with different departments within the organization to ensure efficient flow of information.
