**Job Title**: Back Office Executive - Insurance

**Location**: Andheri west
**I**t is a Night shift. No pick up & drop facility available.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Policy Documentation & Processing**:

- Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain digital and physical records of policyholder information.
- **Database Management**:

- Input and update customer and policy details into the company’s database or CRM system.
- Regularly audit data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Coordinate with agents, clients, and other departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
- **Compliance & Quality Control**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all processes.
- Monitor quality standards and address any discrepancies in workflows.
- **Claims & Renewal Support**:

- Support the claims team by verifying submitted claims and liaising with insurers.
- Send reminders and follow up on policy renewals and premium payments.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the front-office team to ensure seamless customer service.
- Provide administrative assistance to other departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in insurance.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with insurance software or CRM systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

**Experience**:
