**Experience: 2+ Years**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Execute all aspects of design in a cross-functional team, including user research, prototyping, UX and visual design.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs and final products.
- Identifying and troubleshooting UI/UX challenges and working to resolve them.
- Partner with front-end engineers on UI implementation.
- Test and research new ideas with the product team.
- Invest in design standards, systems, and processes to create best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio are mandatory.
- Experience in UI development for web, Android and iOS.
- Comfortable working in small teams and taking quick decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.

**Required Skills for this Role**:
Prototyping, Persona Definition, Wireframing, Sketching, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop,
Adobe Illustrator and Storyboarding.
