- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders within an Agile framework to ensure designs are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to provide design input and adapt to project requirements.
- **Portfolio Development**:

- Showcase a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in both UI and UX design, highlighting successful projects and problem-solving capabilities.
- Provide detailed case studies and explanations of your design process and decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a UI/UX design role, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and accomplishments.
- **Tools Expertise**: Proficiency in using industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
- **Agile Environment**: Experience working within an Agile development environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing requirements and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
