**SkillPlus Trainer - JD (English & Computer Trainer)**

**Qualification**:Any degree / Post graduation /B.Ed/ M.Ed

**Hiring type**: 11 months contract basis, based on performance will renew the same for next year.

**Nature of work - **Trainer has to engage the English & computer classes for degree students in respective colleges, and they have to impact the contemporary employability skills to prepare the youth for organised sector jobs.

**Core Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to conduct the skill training at assigned colleges of a SkillPlus cluster.
- Responsible for the desired outcome (enhancement in employability and placement) of the SkillPlus students in the college
- Responsible to maintain healthy working relationship with the college principal, placement officer and other staff of the college.
- Responsible to organize and deliver the SkillPlus prescribed English Communication Skills and Life skills course for making the students industry ready
- Responsible to organize and deliver the SkillPlus prescribed computer skills course for making the students industry ready
- Conducting periodic Tests and review and analysis of performance by Students
- Providing individual feedback and mentorship to students
- Timely reporting back on progress of the training to the SkillPlus program monitoring team.

**Allied Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with college management and faculties in scheduling the program activities
- Conduct learning based fun activities and games to make the learning joyful
- Building and maintaining a good rapport with graduate college principles and faculties
- Sending daily, weekly & monthly reports to the respective reporting manager
- Creating well established ground for mobilization in respective colleges.
- Responsible to execute placement process in respective college achieved placement.
