Maths Trainer

**Job Title: Math’s Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive math classes for students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies to make math learning enjoyable and effective
- Emphasize improving students' communication skills, enabling them to articulate mathematical concepts with clarity and confidence.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes curiosity.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and the curriculum development team to create comprehensive and up-to-date math course materials.
- Organize and conduct periodic workshops and presentations to enhance students' presentation skills.
- Utilize technology and multimedia tools to supplement traditional teaching methods and make learning more interactive.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of mathematics education and incorporate them into the teaching approach.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students who require extra assistance in grasping mathematical concepts.
- Design and develop a project-based learning curriculum that aligns with state and national standards.
- Hold office hours for student and teacher support, as needed.
- Ensure the safety of students during classes and competitions.
- Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to client locations for training, events, and competitions.
- Generate course descriptions and launch new courses in line with the company's goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Math Teacher, Math Trainer, or a similar role with a strong track record of student success.
- Exceptional knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts across various levels of complexity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey mathematical ideas and theories.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students, with a commitment to their overall development.
- Patient, approachable, and able to adapt teaching techniques to suit individual learning styles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Technologically adept, with the ability to integrate multimedia resources into teaching strategies.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends, as per the institute's schedule.
- Mental Maths - Training students to perform quick and accurate calculations mentally.
- Abacus - Introducing and guiding students through the use of the abacus for mathematical calculations.
- Trachtenberg Maths - Teaching the Trachtenberg Speed System for mental arithmetic.

**Salary**: ₹20,200.75 - ₹49,287.40 per month
