Staff Nurse

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Care**:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and triage.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and record observations in patient charts.
- Provide wound care, post-operative care, and chronic disease management.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care.
- **Clinical Duties**:
- Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures.
- Operate medical equipment and perform diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
- Follow infection control procedures and ensure a sterile environment.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and nursing students.
- Provide support and guidance to healthcare assistants and other support staff.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuing education programs to stay current with medical and nursing practices.
- **Patient Advocacy**:
- Act as an advocate for patients' rights and well-being.
- Ensure patients receive personalized and empathetic care.
- Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints promptly.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
