**Customer Service - Inbound Voice Process**
- Handling customer queries, Solving queries of customers through Voice
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

**Key skills required**:
**English + Hindi + Any one of the regional language**

**Any one of the regional language : Gujarati / Punjabi / Bangali / Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada**

**Good English communications skills**

**Location**: Chandivali, Mumbai

**Days **:6days Working & 1 rotational week-off

**Shift**: Males: 24*7 (Any 9 hours of rotational Day Shift)
Female: Any 9 hours of Rotational Shift (7:00 am - 9:00pm)

**Qualification**: HSC with 6 months experience &
Graduate Fresher’s can Apply

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
