**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Advising**: Provide guidance and personalized advice to students and families to help them make informed decisions about their higher education choices.
- **Campus Events**: Participate in or coordinate campus visits, tours, college fairs, webinars, and other recruitment events to promote the institution.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other external partners to ensure effective recruitment strategies and outreach efforts.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of prospective students, track communications, and report on recruitment metrics and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in higher education, admissions, or a customer service-oriented role (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse student population.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A passion for higher education and helping students navigate their college journey.
- Comfort with using admissions software, databases, and social media platforms.
