**Job Summary**:
The Operations Executive is responsible for the maintenance and management of all physical assets and infrastructure within the facility. This includes ensuring that the building's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are operating efficiently and effectively. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing technical staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Maintenance Management**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.

**2) Facility Operations**:

- Ensure the facility’s infrastructure is operating efficiently and meets company standards.
- Monitor and control the facility’s environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity.
- Manage the operation of building automation systems.

**4) Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.

**5) Budget and Resource Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and facility operations.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Maintain inventory of necessary spare parts and equipment.

**6)** **Project Coordination**:

- Plan and oversee facility improvement and renovation projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to operations.

7) **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on facility operations and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for facility systems and procedures.

8) **Innovation and Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for improving facility operations and reducing costs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions for facility management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- years of experience in facility management or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP (Facility Management Professional).
- Experience with energy management and sustainability practices.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with occasional overtime required.
- May require on-call availability for facility emergencies.
- Work primarily in a facility setting with some travel to other company locations as needed.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
