**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Manager at your-space in Gurugram. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, leasing, and financial management. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Experience in property management or a related field
- Knowledge of leasing and property laws and regulations
- Financial management and budgeting skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
