As an experienced Developer, you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, enhance user experiences, and streamline IT service management processes. **Role Responsibilities**
- Recommend improvements / provide value adds to the organization processes.
- Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization.
- Co-ordinate with various Process Teams to deliver a robust solution.
- Work independently on medium complex projects

**Role Requirements**
- 4+ years of experience with software development with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development& administration**.**:

- Proven experience in programming utilizing one or more of the following: Angular, Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX and CSS**.**:

- Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technological challenges, with a can-do attitude**.**:

- Ability to work under limited supervision and able to prioritize workload to achieve the team goals**.**:

- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally.

**Technical areas of expertise**:

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB.
- Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS.
- Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow certifications desired - Certified System Administration, Certified Application Developer.
