**Role Responsibilities**
- ** Engineering, Provisioning, Changes**
- Build new solutions.
- Provision Cloud resources.
- Work on tickets submitted by Application Team for Cloud Support.
- ** Troubleshooting and Support**
- Perform troubleshooting in case of issues reported.
- Collaborate with other teams to diagnose and resolve infrastructure problems.
- ** Working Hours**
- Require to follow flexible working hours (no night shift but working hours could extend up to 11pm in case of outages).

**Role Requirements**
- ** Engineering/Development**:

- Total work experience is 2+ years in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in engineering activities on AWS Services (EC2/RDS/S3/LB/CloudFront/Kafka/EMR/EKS/ECS/Route53/SFTP/CloudWatch etc.). -Must have
- Experience in migrating resources to AWS Cloud.
- Automate AWS tasks using AWS Lambda.
- Expertise in writing CloudFormation and Terraform scripts.
- Experience in AWS EKS/Kubernetes.
- ** Troubleshooting**
- Experience in troubleshooting of AWS service-related issues.
- Experience in Data Recovery & Restore activities.
- ** Engineering Support**
- Experience in disaster recovery and data replication processes.
- Experience in data backup and recovery activities using AWS Backup.
- ** OS, Scripting & Configuration Management**
- Experience in managing Operating Systems like Amazon Linux, RedHat, Ubuntu, Windows Server versions. -Must have
- Experience in Bash and PowerShell scripting. -Must have
- Experience in Configuration Management using Ansible. -Good to have
- Experience in installing software packages from repositories using package managers and also build from source packages. -Must have
- ** DevOps**
- Experience using any CI/CD tool (Jenkins/Spinnaker) and DevOps concepts (would be an added advantage).
- Familiar with DevOps technologies and frameworks (would be an added advantage)..
- ** Development**
- Development experience in any of the server side/frontend programming language is an added advantage (would be an added advantage).
- ** Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- ** Certification**:

- Achieved any AWS certification (SysOps Administrator/DevOps Professional/SA Associate/SA Professional/any AWS Speciality certifications).Good to have
- Completed certification on Terraform -Good to have
