**Job Summary**:
The Assistant Professor - Housekeeping & Front Office will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction, conducting research, and engaging in industry collaborations to enhance students' learning experiences. The role requires expertise in housekeeping operations, front office management, and hospitality service standards.

**Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Training**:

- Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and workshops in Housekeeping & Front Office operations.
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessment methods.
- Guide students in practical and theoretical knowledge of hospitality management.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies, including experiential learning and simulations.

**Academic & Research Contributions**:

- Engage in research activities and publish academic papers in relevant hospitality fields.
- Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.

**Industry Engagement & Student Development**:

- Organize industry visits, guest lectures, and training programs.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in hospitality education or relevant industry experience.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and front office management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hospitality software like PMS (Opera, IDS, Fidelio, etc.).
- Ability to engage students through interactive and practical learning.

Pay: ₹21,600.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
