**Marketing Executive - Webinars & Events (1 -2 Years)**

**Company Description**

Mindbowser Info solutions is a digital transformation services provider working with global brands aiding on their journey to digital transformation. Mindbowser offers a suite of products and services around user experience, automation, analytics, and mobility that in turn helps businesses become more efficient and improves profitability.

**About the Role**

Mindbowser runs ~3 webinars per quarter, attends U.S. healthcare events, and publishes podcasts regularly. You’ll own Mindbowser podcasts & webinars end-to-end.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Webinars (end-to-end): topic shortlist with internal team, speaker outreach, abstracts, landing page, Zoho Webinar/Zoom Webinar setup, CRM sync, reminder flows, dry runs, live hosting/moderation, recording trims, on-demand page, follow-ups.
- Events: maintain a calendar of U.S. healthcare conferences; compare sponsor tiers; negotiate benefits, booth, collateral, lead capture
- Media partnerships: use The IOT Magazine (owned) and external publishers/associations for co-marketing, sponsored sends, content swaps; track ROI.
- Podcast: own the show—guest research and outreach, prep notes, run-of-show, recording support, edit clips, publish (YouTube/Spotify/Apple), titles/descriptions/show notes, short captions, repurpose to LinkedIn/X/Shorts, schedule, and post-podcast promotion.
- Automation & data: connect Zoho Webinar/Zoom, WordPress, and Zoho CRM; clean field mapping; dashboards.
- AI for everything: research, briefs, outreach drafts, landing copy, ad variants, titles/thumbnails, transcript summaries, clip selection, list building, QA, and recaps.

**Requirements**:
**Must-have**
- 1-2 years running B2B webinars and events.
- Hands-on with Zoom Webinars or Zoho Webinar (registration, Q&A/polls, recording, co-hosting).
- Podcast basics: guest outreach, publishing, show notes, captions, clip trims.
- Daily use of AI tools for planning, writing, and QC.

**Good-to-have**
- WordPress page/form updates.
- Social media promotion skills (content calendar, schedulers).
- U.S. healthcare event familiarity (HIMSS, ViVE, HLTH, Becker’s).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Portfolio with 2-3 webinars and 1-2 events you led (links, your role, outcomes).
- Nice to have: links to 2 podcast episodes or clips you shipped.

**Additional Information**

Nature of work: 5 days working (Monday -Friday) from office - Baner, Pune
