**Job Summary**:
**Location**: Sector - 47, Gurgaon, Haryana (THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE, SO APPLY ONLY IF YOU CAN TRAVEL TO OFFICE DAILY)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Accounting & Reporting**: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
- **GST Compliance**: Handle GST filings, prepare and review GST returns, and ensure compliance with the latest GST regulations.
- **TDS Management**: Prepare and file TDS returns, monitor TDS deductions, and ensure adherence to applicable tax laws.
- **MCA Compliance**: Assist in the preparation and filing of various forms and reports required by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
- **Internal Audits**: Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial and operational controls, identify potential risks, and suggest improvements.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations related to accounts payable and receivable.
- **Reconciliations**: Perform regular bank, ledger, and vendor reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- **Support to Finance Team**: Collaborate with senior accountants and finance managers to provide data and analysis as needed.
- **Documentation & Record-Keeping**: Maintain organized records of financial data, ensuring easy retrieval for audits and reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: Up to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
