Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team in identifying and engaging potential clients. This internship will provide hands-on experience in lead generation, market research, and sales outreach, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
2. Generate leads through various online platforms, networking, and cold outreach.
3. Assist in managing and updating the CRM database with client interactions.
4. Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitches.
5. Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
6. Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
7. Provide administrative support in organizing sales data and reports.

**Requirements**:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Basic understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools (preferred).
4. Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in sales.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online research.
