**Missions**:

- Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.
- Maintaining effective business relationships with suppliers.
- Handling the critical situations and make the optimal solutions.
- Establishing follow-up files to ensure the smooth running of work processes.
- Ensuring the implementation of the new raw materials for new projects.
- Planning the launching the end of production series.
- Ensuring the effectiveness and good cooperation with different groups and services of plant.
- Sharing the information with warehouse, export and transport services regarding the materials flow.
- Developing the production plan and contribute to control the execution of plan.
- Trying to achieve the goals set.
- Ensuring the technical changes for different car line´s with coordination with customer.
- Keeping and Managing the stock via MPC Tool.
- Processing actions scrap with BPM tool.
- Participating in inventories (corrective action and urgent orders).
- Optimization of work Process.
- Developing supply plans based on production forecasts.
- Following the Baugruppes in order to obtain the new and the run out parts.
- Monitoring Transport Statue´s (truck ,airfreight ).
- Negotiate prices and delivery dates for pre-series items (Prototype).
- Ensuring good management of staff and equipment.
- Ensuring an efficient flow of information in the group.
- Managing issues escalated by the members of the group.
- Presenting Written reports and analyses to senior managers.
- Logistic Coordination FST- Dispo in change management Active participation in the cost reduction and competitiveness of DETJ and Dräxlmaier Group.

**Profile**:
**Specialized knowledge / education**:

- University degree Master's degree or higher technician
- Basic knowledge in Excel, Word
- Logistics Training
- Planning, scheduling and production launch.
- HOST.

**Work experience**:

- Basic knowledge in the field of inventory management and information capture.
- Language: English / French
- Knowledge and experience in the industrial field

**Additional knowledge**:

- Concept of Stock Management
- Know the environmental policy.
- Active participation in the reduction of environmental costs such as, energy consumption, water, paper, copper...
- Commitment to operational control over waste sorting, control of environmental aspects and response to emergencies
- Basic Training IATF16949
- Ensure that EHS policy and objectives are established.
- Piloting an EHS management system
- Prevent health and safety risks at work.
- Set EHS targets
- Ensure information, awareness and training tasks in the HSE field
- Identify environmental aspects and assess NESS-related risks.
- Identify the applicable regulatory texts on the site and ensure their compliance
- Assess HSE management system performance
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements of the HSE system
- Contribute to the identification of environmental aspects and the assessment of risks related to safety and health at work.
- Tracking actions from CSST meetings.
- Investigate every serious work-related accident or occupational illness and propose the necessary measures to control its causes.
