**Primary Responsibilty**:
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Greet and assist customers in the store, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products to answer customer inquiries and highlight product features and benefits.
- Generate leads by identifying potential customers and actively engaging them in conversations about their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and ensure a seamless checkout experience for customers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collect customer feedback and relay valuable insights to improve sales strategies and customer service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
