**Designation-Process Coordinator (Female only)**

**Job description**
- Managing all company process flows
- Internal follow ups with departments
- Daily update on sheets
- Follow up on critical issues
- Sending reports of critical items/issues to Director
- Daily reporting through software
- Monitoring and managing all phases of projects development and schedules to ensure delivering them on time.
- Ensure goods arrival is in accordance to delivery schedule.
- Communicating with all relevant departments on planning and operations to ensure client’s requirements are met.
- Ensure proper tracking mechanism for reporting of projects development.
- Conduction post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project implementation.

**Skill Set Required**
- Good communication skills
- Time management skills
- Good knowledge in excel
