**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Figma Designer to join our growing team. As a Figma Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions.
- **Prototyping**: Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and flow of digital products, utilizing Figma's prototyping features.
- **Design Systems**: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems within Figma, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects.
- **User Research**: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design concepts for continuous improvement.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and share your knowledge with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your Figma design skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, including advanced knowledge of its features such as components, styles, and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of design principles, user experience, and usability standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
