**Job Summary**

**Core Responsibilities**- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a scrum master.
- Strong track record of using Agile methodologies to deliver working software.
- Strong experience in using JIRA. Creating JIRA boards, big picture.
- Excellent analysis skills; Passion, drive, and resilience with a solution focused mindset
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within an agile team.
- Understanding of telco projects lifecycle will be an added advantage.
- Solid hands-on experience on Jira, confluence; knowledge of various Agile frameworks and excellent knowledge of Scrum Techniques.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and have proven ability to influence technical decisions in a fast-moving commercial environment.
- Outstanding organization skills include experience on Microsoft Excel, word and PowerPoint for reporting purpose.
- Ability to work with multi-skilled multi-cultural team (including NRE, Testers, Designers and Technical leads) based in diverse geography.
- Solid experience of carrying out Sprint planning & Agile ceremonies i.e., Stand-ups, planning, backlog refinement, Demos, retrospectives with JIRA knowledge. Host project kick-off, technical and design reviews.
- ** Nice to Have**:

- Experience on Networking, Mobile or Telecom Project
- Certification in Scrum Master
