**Job Title: Business Development Executive - Online Bidding (Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr / Offline(If Required))**

**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid for relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities
- Prepare professional proposals, project estimations, and client communication
- Build strong relationships with international clients and manage existing accounts
- Collaborate with the technical and design team to understand project requirements
- Meet monthly/quarterly business development targets

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Online Bidder / BDE in IT, software, or creative services
- Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to draft professional proposals and handle client calls
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
