**Job Title**: Printing Machine Operator - **"Walk In Interview"** **Department**: Production **Reporting To**: Production Supervisor **Shift**: Day Shift (12 Hours Duty) **Job Summary**: Responsible for operating and maintaining printing machines to ensure high-quality print output as per production schedules. The operator must ensure smooth machine functioning, color consistency, and adherence to company quality standards. **Key Responsibilities**: - Set up, operate, and monitor printing machines as per job specifications. - Ensure proper plate, ink, and material loading before production. - Check printing text, layout, color, and registration during production. - Conduct random in-process inspections to maintain quality standards. - Make necessary machine adjustments to ensure consistent output. - Maintain machine logbooks and daily production reports. - Clean and maintain the machine and surrounding area after each shift. - Report any mechanical or quality issues to the supervisor immediately. - Follow all safety, housekeeping, and 5S procedures. - Minimize wastage of ink, paper, and other materials. **Requirements**: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in operating offset/flexo/gravure printing machines (as applicable). - Knowledge of machine setup, color matching, and print quality parameters. - Ability to work long shifts with focus and accuracy. - Basic understanding of maintenance and troubleshooting. - Physically fit and attentive to details. **Education**: - ITI / Diploma in Printing Technology or equivalent qualification preferred. **"Walk In Interview"** **O.K.
