Vmc Operator

**Responsibilities and Duties**

To keep the Machine and surrounding area clean and tidy at all times comply with 5S principles.

To go through the work schedule and understand the jobs to be done during the shift.

To check ready availability of raw materials required for the job.

To do machine programming as per job requirements

To start machine for trial run and ensure accuracy.

To load the job.

To do necessary setting of machine to achieve quality consistently.

To prepare the second job.

To load the next job when the previous job is finished.

To reset machine if necessary to comply with quality standards.

To check dimensions of finished products as per drawing.

Should be aware of programming of Fanuc / Siemens controller.

To fill in the job cards in the order of machining. To record the output of the shift in the production register.

To keep the fixtures and jigs neatly at the right place.

Inspect Cutting tools for sharpness & usability. Report tooling breakage or repair and need for new tools. Review setup for tooling section.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Job level - Semi skilled

Technical Education - ITI NCVT Certificate or B.Sc. And VMC operating course including programming

Relevant work experience: 6 months to one year

Language Skills - Basic reading/ writing of English

i) Operational knowledge of VMC Machine including programming

ii) Reading ability of Mechanical drawings

iii) Basic knowledge of measuring Engineering products

iv) Safety awareness

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
