**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies/plans to promote construction/building materials
- Contribute to overall business development activities
- Create, execute and manage marketing and communication campaigns in all relevant media (social media, print, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive activities
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations to communicate key insights and outcomes to the management team
- Participate in networking activities such as industry events, conventions, seminars, or other trade shows

**Job Requirements**:

- Required at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Construction
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the housing construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Housing construction Industry, trends and market dynamics
- Ability to develop and manage online marketing strategy
- Proficient in English/Tamil languages
- Required to travel mostly within Tamilnadu
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
