**Job Role**:

- Capturing feedback from the customers digitally as well as through in-person meetings to keep a check on customer satisfaction.
- Preparation of Feedback report
- Sharing analysis and detailed reports with the management and internal practitioners to enable business-related decision-making.
- Liaise with internal teams to get customer concerns addressed.
- Prepare/update relevant questionnaires for feedback, from time to time.
- Facilitating rewards and recognition to internal team for exceptional client experience

**Job Responsibilities: Voice of Customer**
- Liaison with business heads, account managers to maintain continuous improvement of VoC process
- Ensure timely reporting of dashboard
- Ensure information readiness for quick reference
- Implementation knowledge on Data Analysis
- Knowledge of NPS management and analytics

**Expectation from the Role**:

- Travel - Domestic as well as International
- Attend customer meetings and understand their concerns
- Be able to understand the business offerings from Nucleus
- Acumen for data analysis
- Good Command over written and verbal communication in English
- Good at MS Office
- Exposure to VoC Management Tool will be a plus

**Desired for the Role**:

- Qualification: MBA/MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science
- **Knowledge of BFSI sector**:

- Exposure of interaction with Senior Management
- Be able to assess a situation and take decision
- Presentable
- Good at interpersonal skills
