6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and improve the user experience.

7. Assist in the development and implementation of community engagement initiatives, such as contests, events, and surveys.

2. Excellent communication skills.

3. Ability to handle sensitive and controversial topics with professionalism and empathy.
