**WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? (roles)**
- Managing day to day operation of forward logistics
- Managing team of 10-15 people
- Making sure that orders are correctly packed
- Managing market place orders
- Keeping track of TAT specially for marketplace orders
- Solving problems promptly and making sure smooth functioning of daily operations
- Keeping track of daily orders packing, manifesting and dispatchment
- Staying in contact with external teams for better operation
- Solving all queries raised by customer support on time
- Updating daily work operational report
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Solving internal team member’s issues related to work
- Supporting and collaborating with other departments whenever requested

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Prior experience in Dispatch and Returns
- Energetic
- Attention to details
- Knowledge of WMS and OMS
- Knowledge and experience in forward logistics
- Good in Excel and Google sheets
- Excellent in data handling
- Team player
- Passionate in bringing positivity in the team and able to handle pressure.
- Hard working
