Job Title: Field Data Collection Executive

**Location**: Borivali West

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Collection**:

- Conduct field visits to collect data through surveys, interviews, and observations.
- Utilize various data collection tools and techniques, such as electronic devices, paper forms, and sampling equipment.
- **Data Recording and Reporting**:

- Accurately record all collected data and ensure its integrity.
- Submit detailed reports on field activities and data collected.
- Upload data to central databases and ensure its proper storage.
- **Quality Control**:

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of collected data.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data.
- **Stakeholder Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with respondents to gain their cooperation and trust.
- Address any questions or concerns from respondents regarding the data collection process.
- **Logistics and Planning**:

- Plan and organize daily field visits efficiently to maximize coverage and productivity.
- Ensure the availability of all necessary materials and equipment for fieldwork.
- **Compliance and Ethics**:

- Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality agreements during data collection.
- Comply with organizational policies and procedures.

### Qualifications:
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in field data collection or a similar role.
- Familiarity with data collection tools and techniques.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using electronic data collection devices and software.
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis is a plus.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel extensively and work in various field conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to carry out field tasks, including walking, standing.
