Position: Store Supervisor Job Location: Nexus Shantiniketan Mall, Bangalore Comfortable with mall timings - The Store Supervisor s main responsibility is to drive great customer service and a high level of brand visual standard; manage store sales, reduce stock loss, and maintain cost controls. - In addition, she will assist in delivering the highest levels of motivation and development of team members and individual and store compliance with all company regulations and procedures. - The Store Supervisor should constantly improve her store presentation and housekeeping / recovery principles to the highest standard by regular walk through and corrective action / coaching. - He/she will actively seek out and implement measures to reduce stock loss. - Maximizing sales to meet and exceed store budgets - Ensuring an effective and continuous space, stock and seasonal management - Ensuring highest possible level of customer service - Advising management on out of stock and slow selling items - Maintaining highest possible standards of in - store visual impact in conjunction with visual merchandising team - Ensuring that store accurately carries out all loss prevention activities and constantly seeking the improvement of staff awareness of stock - loss issue - Recommending areas of staff training need and requirements, whilst develop store sales staff capabilities - Identifying individuals with potential within the store and allocating additional responsibilities to further their development. - Ensuring effective communication of issues and ideas between store and operational management, including physical maintenance standards and security - Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures at the store **Duties & Responsibilities** - Around 2-5 years in Retail Sales / Operations - Excellent customer service attitude - Ability to resolve customer concerns in a diplomatic manner. - Prior experience in retail, food retail, or hospitality - Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life - Management, reporting, and merchandising - Responsible for closing and opening the store - Can be left alone in the store - honest, mature, and well organized - Has excellent communication and English skills - Willing to work hard, take on a diverse mix of tasks, and has a positive, "can-do" attitude **Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Rotational shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - Store management: 1 year (required) **Speak with the employer** +91 9315028843
