**What you will do**:

- Research, identify, and resolve customer queries and complaints
- Manage regulatory compliances
- Accounts Payable - Entering supplier/client invoices
- Accounts Receivable - Generating and sending invoices
- Ensure all data is entered to our systems in an accurate and timely manner.
- General assistance to the Strata Manager and other administration duties
- Other secretarial and ad hoc duties

**Skills Required**:

- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years experience in Customer service / Client Servicing (International level)
- Exceptional attention to details
- Great Analytical and Problem solving ability
- Quick learner, Quick thinker
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel
- Strong planning and coordinating skills
- Can do attitude
