**Job Description for Tally Operator**:
**Position**: Tally Operator

**Department**: Finance/Accounts

**Salary depends on interview and experience**

**Location**: Masjid bundar (East), 4 minutes from station

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience Required: 1 to 3 years**

**Job Summary**:
The Tally Operator is responsible for efficiently and accurately managing financial transactions using the Tally software. This role involves recording, organizing, and maintaining financial data in the Tally system to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting and finance functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:Enter financial transactions into the Tally software accurately and promptly.
Ensure all entries comply with accounting standards and company policies.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Create and manage ledgers, vouchers, and other financial documents in Tally.

**Bank Reconciliation**:Reconcile bank statements with the Tally records to identify and resolve discrepancies.

**Reports Generation**:Generate various financial reports using Tally as required by the management.
Prepare and distribute financial statements and reports to relevant stakeholders

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tally Operator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Tally software and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of financial processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Tally Prime or relevant accounting software.
- Prior 6 months experience required

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
