**Job Profile - Tally Operator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record daily financial transactions into Tally software.
- Maintain accurate ledgers for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounting records.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Process and manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Generate financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and trial balances.
- Monitor and report discrepancies, if any, in financial data.
- Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Coordinate with auditors to facilitate internal and external audits.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience as a Tally Operator or similar role in an accounting department.**:

- Strong knowledge of **Tally ERP and other accounting software.**:

- Familiarity with accounting principles, practices, and financial statements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of taxation, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- **Certification in Tally (preferred).**

**Experience**:

- 0.6 - 1yrs experience in Tally-based accounting or relevant financial management roles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
