We are looking for a responsible and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our company. The accountability and responsibility of this role entails providing Sales Operational Support to our Sales & Service Team. A successful Sales Coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

**Job Profile**:

- Responding to complaints from customers and give after
- sales support when required
- Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in system
- Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building.
- Coordination with field engineer and customer
- Handling the Quotations Proposals, payment recovery.
- Keep the Track of Sales Orders and reporting to concern person
- Maintain inventory of machine spares & equipment.
- Preparing invoice and communicating with customer for invoice & payment related matters
- Travel arrangement of service team such as Hotel booking, Ticket booking for team members.
- Arranging transportation for machines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to adapt new thing quickly

**Specification**:
Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience : 7-8 years in logistics

Preferred: - Female.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
