**Quotation & Sales Support**: Prepare quotations and materials for Sales Representatives, coordinate product pricing, discounts, and technical inputs, and manage vendor registration documentation.
- **Sales Order Processing**: Receive sales details, prepare sales orders, and ensure smooth handover to Warehouse Operations for fulfillment.
- **Order Dispatch & Customer Updates**: Track order progress with Operations, ensure timely delivery, and update customers on delivery schedules or delays.
- **Billing & Funds Recovery**: Ensure customers receive bills, follow up for payments, resolve account queries, and escalate non-payment issues to the Sales team.
- **Catalog & Sample Coordination**: Manage catalog production with printers, process sample orders, and ensure timely dispatch to the Sales team.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Accounts, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
