**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the implementation and management of Load balancer Citrix Netscaler to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Citrix Netscaler issues to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.
- Lead the design and deployment of Azure-based solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain the health of Azure environments ensuring compliance with best practices and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Citrix Netscaler and Azure solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix Netscaler and Azure configurations processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning for Citrix Netscaler and Azure environments.
- Implement automation scripts and tools to streamline operations and improve system management.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on Citrix Netscaler and Azure technologies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Citrix Netscaler and Azure to recommend improvements.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies standards and regulatory requirements in all technical activities.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in Load balancer Citrix Netscaler with hands-on experience in configuration and management.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Azure services including deployment monitoring and maintenance.
- Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Show proficiency in scripting languages for automation purposes.
- Have a solid understanding of network protocols and security best practices.
- Display the ability to document technical processes and procedures clearly and concisely.
- Be committed to continuous learning and staying current with technological advancements.
- Possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and system optimization.
- Have experience in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
