**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Opportunity Identification**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, growth areas, industry trends, and potential clients within target sectors (e.g., specific geographies, verticals, or service lines).
- Analyze competitor activities and market positioning to identify competitive advantages and areas for differentiation.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and strategic objectives.
- Act as a primary point of contact for new business inquiries, developing tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Solutions, Operations, IT) to ensure proposed BPO solutions are comprehensive, competitive, and meet client expectations.
- **Sales Cycle Management**:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation, qualification, proposal development, presentation, negotiation, to contract closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs), and pitches to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and close deals effectively.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Strategic Contribution**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships and alliances that can expand our market reach and service offerings.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales activities, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management.
- **Brand Advocacy & Industry Engagement**:

- Represent [Your Company Name] at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and establish valuable connections.
- Stay abreast of BPO industry developments, emerging technologies (e.g., AI, RPA), and client demands to identify opportunities for service innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of [X] years of progressive experience in Business Development or Sales, with a strong focus on the **Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.**:

- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
