**Job Title**:_**Junior Sales Representative / Sales Intern**_

**About Us**:Fx Retina is a high-performance digital marketing agency specializing in helping businesses scale through paid advertising strategies across Google and Facebook platforms.

**Role Overview**:We’re seeking energetic and empathetic Sales Interns to support our sales team. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll assist in engaging with prospective clients, conducting initial conversations, and driving enrollments into our program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make initial contact with leads.
- Assist senior sales executives in scheduling and conducting sales calls.
- Follow up with potential clients to address their questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM tools.
- Work collaboratively to meet team targets and provide feedback on lead quality.

**What We Offer**:

- **Compensation Structure**:_
- First Month: 5% commission per sale (potential earning: INR 25,000+).
- From Second Month: INR 3,000 fixed salary + 5% commission per sale.
- High performers will be eligible for performance bonuses and salary revisions.
