Ensures that process needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained across the hospital.

Responsible for preparation of internal Audit Policy for the QA department.

To keep a record of all the documentation of the hospital, in relation to accreditation.

To plan and execute regular assessment of the hospital in accordance with accreditation standards.

Responsible for periodic review, distribution, maintenance, withdrawal and archiving of SOP's.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
