**Job Overview**

VGP Marine Kingdom is looking for an experienced and dedicated **Electrical Manager** to join our team As the Electrical Manager, you will oversee the electrical systems for the entire amusement park, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all rides, attractions, lighting, and facilities. You will lead a team of electricians, perform maintenance, and manage electrical projects to ensure the park runs smoothly and meets the highest safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the electrical team responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems across the amusement park.
- Oversee the electrical aspects of rides, attractions, lighting, sound systems, and park infrastructure.
- Ensure that all electrical systems and installations meet safety codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
- Lead electrical projects for upgrades, repairs, and new installations within the park.
- Manage electrical work during park off-hours to minimize downtime during peak visitor times.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure electrical systems are fully operational at all times.
- Collaborate with park operations and engineering teams to integrate electrical systems with new rides or attractions.
- Maintain inventory of electrical supplies and equipment, and manage procurement as needed.
- Provide training and development opportunities for electrical staff, ensuring a high level of skill and safety awareness.
- Monitor energy consumption and propose initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs where possible.

**Qualification**:

- Proven experience as an Electrical Manager, Electrical Supervisor, or similar role, ideally in a large-scale or theme park environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high-voltage, low-voltage, backup power systems, and automation controls.
- Experience in managing electrical teams and large-scale electrical projects.
- Familiarity with amusement park operations and safety regulations related to rides and attractions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and respond quickly to system failures.
- Strong project management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by park operations.
- Certification or licensure as an electrician or electrical engineer (Master Electrician preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a strong commitment to safety.
