Job Summary:
The Electrical Supervisor oversees and coordinates the work of electricians and electrical technicians involved in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. They ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and schedule the daily activities of the electrical team.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance.
- Plan material and manpower requirements for projects.
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and workspaces.
- Enforce health and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other supervisors for smooth project execution.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation as required.
- Provide on-the-job training to junior electricians and apprentices.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in electrical installation, maintenance, or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety regulations.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and manage multiple tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Certifications (preferred):

- C Licensed Electrician Certification

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
