We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The primary responsibilities include Control Panel board wiring, Crane wiring, and providing Crane-related services. This is a fieldwork position requiring hands-on expertise and the ability to work in various environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and perform Control Panel board wiring for EOT cranes.
- Conduct Crane wiring, ensuring all electrical components are installed and functioning correctly.
- Provide on-site crane-related services, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
- Supervise and guide a team of electricians and technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure electrical systems meet project specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including wiring diagrams, service reports, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to develop their skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in the manufacturing or crane industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panel board wiring, and crane wiring.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
