**Job Summary**:
As a Corporate Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation and efficiency of our corporate facilities. This position requires exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities. You will collaborate with various departments, manage office supplies, coordinate events, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

**Responsibilities**:
**Facility Management**:Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning corporate environment.
Manage and coordinate office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely restocking.

**Vendor and Supplier Management**:Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for office-related needs.
Coordinate purchases, track orders, and manage vendor invoices.

**Event Coordination**:Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events and meetings.
Prepare the corporate facility for events, ensuring all arrangements are in place.

**Administrative Support**:Work with HR on attendance and payroll inputs.
Provide administrative support for personal appointments and scheduling.

**Inventory Management**:Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Manage and update a centralized filing system for corporate needs.

**Technology and Systems**:Basic knowledge of computer software, including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Coordinate with IT for any office technology-related issues.

**Confidentiality and Discretion**:Understand and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality in handling sensitive corporate information.

**Language Proficiency**:Possess a superb command of the English language, both written and oral.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate facility management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in basic computer software and office equipment.
- Flexible scheduling with availability for overtime and weekends as needed.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling corporate information.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
