**Responsibilities**:
**Accurate Documentation**: Record patient information, medical history, symptoms, and other relevant details during physician-patient encounters. Ensure precision and completeness in documentation.

**Real-time Assistance**: Work closely with healthcare providers to document patient visits in real-time. This may involve accompanying physicians during patient examinations.

**Data Entry**: Enter medical information into electronic health records (EHR) systems, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Coordination with Healthcare Team**: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and documentation.

**Adherence to Privacy Regulations**: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations when handling patient information.

**Efficient Workflow**: Assist in streamlining the workflow of healthcare providers by handling documentation tasks, allowing them to focus more on patient care.

**Medical Terminology**: Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology and stay updated on industry-specific language.

**Training and Development**: Stay informed about medical scribing best practices and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

**Requirements**:

- Educational qualification of Plus Two / Any Degree / Life Science
- Completion of Medical Scribing Training
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
