We are looking for a Administrative Assistant key member of the organization’s support team, responsible for providing essential administrative and clerical assistance to ensure smooth operations within the office. This role involves a combination of tasks that require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Any UG Degree
- 2 to 5 Years Experience.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills and Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries from clients, partners, and team members.
- Maintain confidential employee and company records while adhering to privacy policies.
- Monitor office supply levels and place orders when necessary to ensure availability for daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
