**Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Executive at Actiza Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. located in Surat.
The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products in international markets. They will identify potential customers, establish and maintain relationships with them, and negotiate and close sales deals. The Export Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and provide input for product development and marketing strategies.

1. The Export Executive (Documentation & Marketing) is responsible for managing export documentation and supporting marketing activities.

2. They meticulously prepare and review export documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Additionally, they conduct market research to identify opportunities and analyze competitor activities.

4. Collaborating with the marketing team, they develop promotional materials and participate in trade shows.

5. Building and maintaining relationships with overseas customers and partners is crucial, as is staying abreast of export regulations.

6. Through reporting and analysis, they evaluate export performance and recommend improvements to optimize operations.

7. Overall, they play a pivotal role in facilitating international trade and driving marketing initiatives to enhance export success

**Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Pharmaceutical export sales and international business
- Knowledge of export regulations and documentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Marketing field
- Willingness to travel internationally as require
