**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer

Raj Global Mining Solutions - A leading provider of mining and crusher ERP solutions, is seeking a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our growing organization, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our industry-leading ERP solutions. **Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and improve the user interface and experience for our ERP solutions, ensuring a seamless user journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Ensure designs are consistent with the overall product vision and branding.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Assist in the deployment of designs and ensure they are implemented correctly across various client sites in Rajasthan.
- Conduct usability testing and provide recommendations for improvements.
