We are currently building our Marketing team and are now searching for

**Grants Writer
- (M/F/d) - 100% Remote**

**Your daily tasks**:

- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project-specific information, data, and insights necessary for proposal development.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on engineering trends, innovations, and best practices relevant to our project portfolio.
- Identify and evaluate funding opportunities offered by international development institutions and donors, aligning with our organization's priorities and project needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with representatives from international development institutions, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with external partners to solicit feedback, support, and guidance on grant proposals and fundraising strategies.
- Provide support in grant management activities, including project monitoring, reporting, and compliance with ADB's requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of grant reports, documentation, and financial statements to ADB.

**You should bring the following**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in grants writing, proposal development, or technical project management, with a focus on the engineering industry. (with international development banks / ADB / World Bank)
- Ideally technical expertise in service fields (Environmental engineering industry)
- Ideally knowledge / working experience in European commission grants and proposals writing
- Demonstrated success in securing funding for engineering projects from international development institutions or donors.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in writing tenders & grants for international donor bank
- IT affinity (e.g. MS Office, Project management tools, CRM tools)
- Flexible to work remotely with European Time Zone (if required)
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent English Language skills.
